Boos and hisses marked the beginning of the Democratic National Convention on Monday. Democrats from all over the country gathered to officially nominate Hillary Clinton, but resentment towards Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz boiled over.
The heads of the Democratic party may be hoping that the old adage of “the beginning is always the hardest” holds true. The DNC kicked off with Bernie Sanders supporters booing Convention Chair Marcia Fudge while holding up anti-TPP signs.https://twitter.com/RT_America/status/757684519008862208

Every time Fudge said “Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine,” the audience responded with boos and disruptions. As the convention chair tried to outline her party’s most progressive sentence, she was interrupted by protesters and Hillary supporters who attempted to drown out the other side by chanting “Hillary.”
